We'll need to know the locations of any drains, clean-outs, or bathrooms so we can decide on the best point of entry for our camera.  Generally we want the camera to go directly in the drain or clean-out that is closest to the problem area.  If you don't know, that's OK too, we're professionals and can figure it out!

Preparing your home or building for a sewer camera or drain inspection can streamline the process and facilitate a more accurate inspection. Begin by familiarizing yourself with the locations of the drain cleanouts in your home. These are typically located in basements, crawlspaces, or even outdoors, and allow direct access to the sewer or drain line. Remove any obstructions near these areas to ensure our plumber has easy access.

Similarly, if our plumbing service vehicle needs access to specific areas, such as the driveway or near an outdoor cleanout, ensure these paths are clear. This could involve moving vehicles, outdoor furniture, or other objects that could hinder access.
